WHAT TO SEND WITH YOUR UNIT: What is usually required is the Main unit, Control Head and the standard microphone for repair so please do not send in other accessories unless it might be considered necessary to trouble-shoot. SHIPPING / PACKAGING: Please properly pack your equipment for shipping. Equipment should be double boxed. Repair shops will not be responsible for damage caused by improper packaging while being handled by the shippers. Repair time on all radios is totally dependant upon current workload, anywhere from one to eight weeks. Please remember that most repairs are unique and some will take longer than others depending upon factors such as parts availability.
